I orchestrated and led the complex implementation in partnership with AMS Vendors, Workday Partners, and implementation partners to augment staffing support and streamline operations. I optimized Core HR and Compensation modules and deployed custom automated workflows.

The Challenge
Following a major acquisition outside of the US, the company needed to merge disparate payroll and benefits systems for 2,000+ employees within a multi-country Workday tenant without operational downtime or data loss.

I managed the HR tech integration and large-scale data migration. I developed custom integration workflows to maintain continuity between HR and Finance systems during the transition phase.
